LOW VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL & SCTV

Electrical Low Voltage (ELV) and Cable Television (SCTV) systems are high-tech platforms that help manage, connect information, and provide entertainment for buildings.

The system consists of two main components:
    • Low-voltage electrical systems: Integrating infrastructure networks (Data/Telephone), security cameras (CCTV), access control, and public address (PA) systems to optimize operation and ensure safety.
    • SCTV system: Uses a central unit, splitter, and transmission cables to distribute television and high-speed internet signals to end devices.
This combination creates a modern, comfortable, and seamlessly connected living space.

Low Voltage

Electrical Low Voltage (ELV) systems are a collection of high-tech systems operating at low voltages to manage, monitor, and transmit information within a building.

Core Items
  • Network & Telephone System (Data/Tel): The backbone connecting the internet and communication.
  • CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) system: Monitoring, recording, and ensuring security.
  • Access Control System: Manages doors and records attendance using cards or fingerprints.
  • Public Address (PA) System: Transmits daily news or emergency announcements.
  • PABX (Private Branch Exchange) System: Connects internal and external communication.

SCTV/CATV

Cable television (SCTV/CATV) is the technical infrastructure for transmitting television signals from the central station to households or rooms in a building.
Main Structure
  • Signal receiving unit: Consists of a parabolic antenna, UHF/VHF antenna, or fiber optic cable to receive signals from the SCTV service provider.
  • Headend: Processes , encodes, amplifies, and mixes signal channels.
  • Distribution network: Fiber optic cables, coaxial cables, signal splitters, and amplifiers are arranged on each floor.
  • Terminal device: Customer’s TV or digital decoder (set-top box).
System Role
The ELV system enhances convenience, optimizes management, and ensures absolute safety for users. Thanks to its flexibility, the subsystems can be easily integrated and expanded to meet the needs of the project.
Role & Application
The system provides high-definition (HD/4K) television services, interactive television, and high-speed internet. SCTV is widely deployed in apartment buildings, hotels, hospitals, and households due to its stable signal and large bandwidth.
